From a classroom in Avadi to keynote stages across the world. Scroll to travel the road — every waypoint is real: experiences, education, launches, honours, and the words published along the way.
St. Xavier's College, Palayamkottai. Where curiosity first got a syllabus — and I was elected Chairman of the Students Council, learning early that leadership is a product you build with people.
St. Peter's Engineering College, Avadi — Chennai. Where the road begins: a postgraduate in IT, and a head full of products that didn't exist yet.
From the support floor up, learning the craft one customer at a time — with stints across the Zoho Books and Zoho Desk teams.
Product manager responsible for the release of the industry's first context-aware help desk — launched November 18, 2016, from a small town in southern Tamil Nadu, not Silicon Valley.
Spearheaded the manager-focused companion app across its entire SDLC — live traffic, ticket traffic, and customer happiness at a glance.
Partnered with SIs and ISVs to build the Zoho Desk ecosystem — launching hundreds of integrations in the Zoho Desk Marketplace and connecting the help desk to the tools businesses already love.

On stage in Montreal with the latest developments from Zoho Desk — two days of partners, product, and possibility.
Zoho Inspire Dubai, the Global Partner Event in Chennai — and the current mission: an all-inclusive, web-accessible platform everyone can use.
Shipped Zia Agents — digital employees that can be activated inside Zoho Desk to autonomously handle helpdesk tasks. A new era of AI-native support, built from Chennai for the world.
The next chapter isn't about one role — it's about mastering the intersection of product, design, engineering, and storytelling. Building things that matter, across every dimension.
World 01 · Launch Orbit
I'm a Senior Product Manager at Zoho, where I oversee the product management and SDLC for the core modules of Zoho Desk (industry's first context-aware help desk software). I also spearhead the Radar mobile app and custom mobile app implementation across verticals and solutions.
On November 18, 2016, we launched the new Zoho Desk — not from Silicon Valley, but from Tenkasi, a small town in southern Tamil Nadu. I was the product manager responsible for that release: a context-aware help desk built for businesses with wildly different customer-service needs.
The all-new Zoho Desk was a comprehensive client-technology revamp on top of a brand-new design system. The challenges were humongous — and the whole unit of PMs, designers, engineers, marketers, and support specialists moved as one to land it on time. Connecting those dots is the part of the job I cherish most.
World 02 · Wisdom Orbit
Product management is a craft of judgment. These are the lines I actually run on — earned from fourteen years of shipping, stumbling, and shipping again.
Growing up, I wanted to be an IFS officer — to represent something larger than myself. I still do; the embassy just turned out to be a product.
World 03 · Thought Orbit
Technology optimist. User-onboarding nerd. UI/UX mentor. I write about where customer experience is heading — and how design shapes how we see the world.
Two public templates that reached practitioners globally — proof that frameworks travel when they're useful.

World 04 · Origin Orbit
Chennai is home base; Tenkasi is where the proudest launch happened. No matter the heights, the roots stay in the soil — that ethos resonates in everything I build.
I've spent 16+ years at Zoho, growing from the support floor to senior product leadership. Along the way: badminton at the Velachery office, a Gladiator at the fancy-dress competition, a flash mob at Amistad, and once — representing Tenkasi as a village singer on the concert stage at Chennai's trade centre. If there's a celebration at Zoho, I've probably been on its stage.
I once handled an escalation with full PM seriousness before realizing the customer wanted the supervisor of a pizza shop. I connected him to the pizza folks on another line. Blunders and failures are the steps of learning — I take every one of them and teach the team with it.
World 05 · Constellation Orbit
Great products are made by constellations, not lone stars. The most meaningful part of my role is the people moving with me.
Zoho's culture gave me the freedom to express and the ownership to act — so that's what I pass down. I'd rather grow ten owners than direct a hundred executors. Responsibility is contagious when it's trusted, not assigned.
A special acknowledgement to Pal Vazhl — my closer and inner circle of peers who I directly work with. The people who make the impossible feel inevitable.
World 06 · Instrument Orbit
Skills sharpened over fourteen-plus years of shipping — and the learning that keeps them sharp. Learn like a fresher isn't a motto here; it's a maintenance schedule.
